A1 Global Roofing and Construction

All the work was half-assed, rushed and unfinished. Walls were quickly plastered with construction grout (leaks coming through). Outside foundation was similarly done and never finished (heavy amounts of water coming through). Basement ceiling was supposed to be waterproofed (cobwebs and old, water damaged pieces of sheet rock left behind). All heavy construction garbage was left behind and never cleared out. They let themselves into our basement and began working without our final consent to begin when we were returning from a trip. They talked around us in circles constantly saying trust us and we know what we re doing . Invoices and receipts for the work had to be prodded out of them. They constantly asked to be paid aggressively more along the way when work was still unfinished. And the kicker - they completely disappeared after leaving their so called "final day" of work. Emails/phone numbers gone, unresponsive or random people picking up. They really tried to get off the grid and leave us with their *extremely poor work. We were quoted lower amounts by several other contractors. However, when A1 Global began the work we had the lowest quote at $10,500. This turned into $17,200 immediately (in the matter of minutes) when their boss, John, came in and told us all the things that were necessary to prevent water coming in. Of course, unknowing and willing to solve the problem we believed them only to find that it was all complete bull. We would rate everything 0 if we could. These crooks came in, guaranteed work with a fake 20 year warranty, smooth talked their way through poor workmanship and conned us out of money that we could have given to someone else who could honestly have helped us. They truly are the bottom of the barrel in this industry. Shame on them.

They made my roof worse. Now I can not get in touch with them . They will not call back and my roof is leaking worse. They overcharged me and I have no money left to fix the roof they destroyed.
