I recently worked with Mr. Gates Heating and Cooling, and I am extremely impressed with the service I received! From the moment I called to schedule the A/C service, the person who answered was friendly and helpful, quickly finding a convenient time slot for the technician to come by. On the day of service, Cris texted me ahead of time with an ETA, which I really appreciated. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly clean and maintain the units. He also gave me a detailed update on the condition of one of the units, including things to watch for in the future. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. When we contacted Mr. Gates we were surprised that he himself showed up to our house. He did so in a timely manner and fixed our AC unit by changing a part that cost only $15. Another company told us we need a new unit and would not repair our existing unit. I would definitely have and will continue to recommend and use this honest and fair family owned company!!
