Mason arrived on time and introduced himself very professionally. Because my husband and I had bought the two toilets, wax rings, water lines, etc., he went right to work removing the two old toilets and installing the new ones. Because there was quite a bit of water left in the old tanks, he asked for rags and wiped up as he worked. In two hours, both new toilets were installed and our old toilets were hauled out to our backyard. Very efficient and professional! I would recommend him to my friends and would use him again on other projects.

Mason did a great job. Like everyone else I was a bit sceptical of hiring someone I just found over the internet like this, but I can tell you Mason did a fantastic job. He was professional, on time, and under budget. My wife and I found him very pleasent to deal with and very honest. We highly recommend Mason for all your big or small jobs you won't regret it.

Very professional, prompt. Kept busy working, did not waste time. Called to say when they were comiing. I gave them several small projects. They installed an attic ladder, a gate for a dog run, and fixed two cement jobs that were poorly done by a cement contractor. They took pride in their work and suggested other areas that needed work on my home, but did so without pressuring me to do them. Prices reasonable. HONEST!!!

Mason did a great job on the front, side, and back yard clean up. He started early Sunday morning and stayed late to complete the job. I am planning to retain M & R Janitorial & Handyman service to do my monthly yard service. This company provided great service and did an outstanding job.

Mason was prompt and very enthusiastic but unfortunately this enthusiasm did not translate to the service provided. Although they gave us a great price, we were forced to reclean our vacant unit after M&R had been there over 4 hours. Disappointing.

"We cleaned two units for the client for the price of one. Upon completion the client walked and observed the work before we were paid. I ask the customer if they were satisfied with work and they said yes.She even asked for me to do more work for her. Just a bit odd."
