I specialize in Stamp Concrete, Regular Concrete, Masonry Work. Foundation Repairs, French Drains Driveways, Patios, Walkways, Sidewalks. Hardscaping, Brick Work, Repointing of Masonry Materials, Retaining Walls, Stone Veneers, and Stucco Work. We Repair all of the same as well. I like to present Unique options to our customers instead of the same old cookie cutter ideas you see in the Everyday New Homes being built. I can provide a custom look in any of your projects for the Same cost or Less. I will show you some of those books to give you ideas and tailor the project around your Unique Tastes. Mark did a great job. Looks beautiful and his work has held up perfectly after the first full year plus. Would highly recommend to other homeowners. He understands homeowners and strives to keep costs under control while providing high quality. That may lead to delays in the work but well worth it in the overall project.

Stay away from this company! A total nightmare! One year after inferior install our driveway is cracked and company did nothing!

"I have 48 text messages betwee you and I. All text messages occurred while I was away on Vacation...Hence the word AWAY ON VACATION. I said i would stop by and look. I have the text messages saved to the phone in accordance to our conversation tto show any customer that would like to see it. You text & e-mailed me in one day... Again while i was on vacation with my family, threathing me...E-mailing me at approximately 9 am and by 11:30 am emailing me againg saying" Why are you ignoring Me" I wasnt ignoring you, i responded. I was on vacation. And because I would not fly home from my vacation to look at your driveway, you started to threathen me with a lawyer. I have the text messages telling you i was on vacation, I would make an appointment with you and because I Was away, I had other business dealing I had to handle prior to you. So; I kept in contact with you, ionformed you of my schedule, that still wasnt enough for you. 5 days went by and you told me not to bother coming by, you were getting a lawyer. I contacted my lawyer and since you text me anmd told me "DONT COME TO YOUR HOUSE TO LOOK AT IT" My lawyer advised me to stay away from you and not contavt you due to it being considered Harrasmrnent & tresspassing. So now you have slandered my company on 2 different websites. Making false statements. Please be advised, I have 48 corospondences between us, where I stated & made a time to come out to meet you. I wouldnt FLY Home the minute you text me While I was on vacation with my only son. You are RIDICULOUS."

If you have any time lines in mind with this contractor, forget them. He works at his own leisure. Twice he failed to show up to work the scheduled day, no call- no show. He response when asked why is that needs no excuse. At one point for about ten days we had no steps or sidewalk in front of our house just a big hole. He had told me the job would take three days. When i asked him why it wasn't done in three days, he said it was done in three days they were just spread over a two week period. He does not clean up. The dirt was deposited on our lawn and they left. So i with a wheelbarrow shovel and rake moved the grass and soil off the front lawn before it died.There were other little things that needed replacement after the work was done, a hose and a sprinkler head that had to be replaced. Worst of all is that the job was never finished. The brick steps were never cleaned as promised and they are still a mess covered with mortar. He doesn't answer his phone and over the two months we did business his message box was always full and never accepted messages. So if you need to get in touch start typing. To be fair the job quality was ok and price reasonable. If you are ready to do your own clean-up and possibly hire someone to finish the job or if you are handy yourself he might be a good fit for your project.

We discovered an issue that needed immediate attention on a Saturday afternoon. Mark was at our door the next day (that's on a Sunday, for anyone keeping score!) and explained all of our options to us. He made a great first impression, and did not disappoint once we hired him! Mark, Fran, and Dave were absolute professionals, and their craftsmanship was top-notch! I strongly recommend MRP for ANY job (not just masonry) - they are at the top of our list after this project! Mark quickly responded to my request and gave me an estimate the very same day. When I told him I wished to move forward the work, it was scheduled and completed within a week. Mark was strait forward and remained in communication throughout the job. Mark and his team are very professional and the work turned out great. The crew cleaned up when the work was completed. I did not have the pleasure to meet Mark or his workmen, my father did. He said they were polite and knew the work well. The cement work was great. They came back the next day to finish up and left the house in perfect condition. Would definitely use him again !!!!

Everyone of the workmen were polite, clean and knew their job. The men worked together very well. We had other quotes, but were most impressed by Mark, who came to the house with a quote THE DAY we asked for them. They did everything promised and more. We said yes right away. Working with MRP, including Mark Perri, his brother Franny and his team, was a great experience. Mark was very responsive while we worked out the details, and I am totally satisfied with the work, including finishing touches and cleanup. I would highly recommend MRP to anyone who needs any size concrete work done. They were even able to do the work 2 days early, which was a plus. I will definitely call Mark the next time I need concrete work done at my home!

My contact and project lead at MRP was Mark Perri. Mark was timely, helpful in scoping the project, but also knew when to step back. He was very thorough and responsive as a communicator. They left the worksite clean and ready to use. His charges were also the most competitive of the many estimates I received.
