Our garage door would not close when we prepared to leave our lake house for a home downstate. We had no choice but to leave it open. We contacted Tom at M and R Specialties and he came first thing in the morning the following day and repaired it. We could not be happier and plan to get him back to do some other door repairs.

Phone call from M&R to me came within 10 minutes of posting my request. He said he could come out in 2 days. We discussed approximate costs and approach to the project. He showed up in the agreed upon time period, completed the task, and ensured everything worked perfectly. The costs came in at $20 over the estimate, but he did a little extra adjustment work on the door opener to make sure things ran smoothly. The garage door opens better now than when first installed!
