Luis was a consummate professional and went beyond his way to save us some money. Instead of replacing the microwave, he got the replacement parts. He also replaced a broken glass to the kitchen cabinet door and cleaned the mold under the sink. Excellent work. We'll be calling him again.

I was looking for an experienced , trustworthy Handyman for my daughter Donotella to set up some very complex furniture in her new place. Luckily I searched and found Luis. He was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He handled my daughters furniture with care. He managed to put together a very complex kitchen table etc. He also followed protocol Of Covid . He wore a mask & gloves . That Is extremely important to me and my family . I will be hiring him again for future projects.

Our handyman was fantastic. He was extremely dedicated and communicated well. He worked safely and efficiently. Even when the project was much more complicated than initially thought he tackled it like a champ. I highly recommend!

Exceptional and professional with attention to detail. Luis is very considerate and completed our project in a timely manner considering the rainy weather. Our guest house had a lot damage from wild life on the exterior. Luis removed the areas that had been eaten away and replaced with good materials; creating a seamless replacement. Mr Universal ...Luis great has great customer service very professional and I would recommend him to anyone. Luis was wonderful and very easy to do business. Normally men are rude and it's this or that, but not this company very patient. I would definitely be having him back to do more work on my home as well as my elderly mothers home. I believe he is fair and great to do business with if you don't choose him you're missing out on great service quality and quantity work.
