Our experience with Mr. Hardwood Flooring was AMAZING. The team was on time. The did a great job!. They even worked over the weekend to make sure the job was done as quickly as possible. Geraldo was very professional. He got back to us in a timely manner and did what he said he would do.Service was very timely. I am surprised however that we have not heard from him since the work was completed. Actually, I am not sure if the guys are finished. Also, I did meet the team (3 men) at our home last Wednesday. I had called Geraldo the night before to say I would be there. Unfortunately I had a difficult time communicating with the man heading the crew. I did my best to understand him. Not sure if there was a better way the situation could have been handled.

The gentleman who came to do the repair on our Hardwood floor was very professional. However we are disappointed with the quality of the work that was done. I understood that there would be a color mismatch, but the finish of the work is poor i.e. the surface of the wood repaired has been left rough. We are in the process of having someone else come in to repair this issue again.

We hired Mr Woodfloor for our addition/remodel in which we basically installed new hardwood floors in our entire home - a big job...Their price was very fair, work was done on a timely basis and was done with care. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have no relationship with the owner or anyone in the company and only met them through our interviews of contractors for our project. Out of all the contractors we used in this huge project they were the best in terms of workmanship and reliability both during and after the job .

They were very prompt, fairly priced, and did a great job with the floors. I'd like to hire them for more work, but have had trouble getting in touch with them. I am sure they are busy with other floor projects and doing a great job with them. Very good work.

I hired Mr. Wood Flooring. His estimate was higher, but he showed up on time, and was very professional. When it was time for the floors to be done, his crew arrived close to on time and were very courteous, despite limited communication ability. They spoke little English, but it wasn't a problem. The job was beautiful and done very quickly. I would recommend them to a friend.

I had 3000 sq ft of flooring installed. It took less then ONE week. The men were on time, polite,and extemely hard workers. My husband runs commercial buildings and deals with many contractors. He has never had anyone as reliable. Excellent Excellent!!! I am very happy with the floors, the time it took, and the price. I would highly recommend this company anytime! I highly recommend Mr. WoodFlooring. They were very efficient, didnt waste time or keep us waiting at all. The owner also called us several times throughout the job to make sure we were happy with his company's work. I would use them again in a second. We did new wood floors throughout our entire home and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price and we had no surprises. We also decided to hire his company for all of our tile work and we are pleased with that as well.
