Mark and his crew measured everything and had it all installed within two weeks! I went with a full-height quartz backsplash in the kitchen and a standard backsplash in the bathrooms. Mark even vein-matched in several key areas, perfectly aligning the quartz patterns between the countertops and backsplash. I couldn’t be happier—his work is flawless, and everything looks stunning. Mark truly knows his craft!

My girlfriend and I recently had a granite counter top installed or lack there of. The company came installed half the counter top and was going to install the breakfast counter top, but never showed up to finish the job. He left the granite counter top on the living floor and that is where it is at this moment. We tried calling and texting him asking when he was going to come back and with no response. Mark Alliano has yet to return our texts and phone calls. I would not recommend this contractor and recommend that no one use him either. Mark Alliano actually said to me "can't you finish it and put it up yourself"? I don't know how to and that is why we called him to do it. In the beginning he seemed nice and said that he would knock off a hundred dollars off the bill if we paid him in cash, so he didn't have to report it. I guess I know why now. Terrible service and never finished the job.

The team is led by a facility who actively communicates w/ customers and assigns tasks to workers. Stated coverage area is wide within MA. The pace of work was quick as they finished fixing a sink and pipes under countertop within 2 hours. Cost is reasonable.

The company does high end work and treats you like their only concern. They were immediately in touch with me and they completed the job within a few days. This company is definitely the only one I would ever use in the future when needing a counter top.
