Gus Mendiola restored an 1860s farmhouse. The plan involved a complete gut of the kitchen and opening a wall, custom cabinets, complete remodeling of the bathrooms and addition of a washer and dryer custom cabinets. As expected, there was a ton of foundation and structural repair, new wood siding cut to match the existing wood siding, a new porch, refinishing the long leaf pine, building back porch and a hundred smaller projects. He and his crew do beautiful work and made this obsessive, detail-oriented customer very happy.
