I am adding my feedback here in the hopes that nobody else has to go through what I have with Mark and his company. The character limit for this feedback box is not adequate to fully describe the circumstances of our project. MSF has a project with us that should be in progress and instead I am battling to simply talk to Mark via phone based on a $5000 balance he owes to the supplier for our retaining wall project. The scope of the project was well over $75,000 and Mark has been unreachable by phone for over 2 months while the supplier has threatened to place a mechanics lien on our home for Mark's non-payment to them. Caveat Emptor.

I hired this company on 5/26/10. I was told it would take four days to complete the project. I removed all my patio furniture etc. in preparation for the work to be done. They came one day and then did not show up for a week or two - this went on all summer long. The grand finally was when they sealed my concrete patio and ruined it. I don't know what they used but it should have not been used on my type of patio. I was told by the owner, Mark, that this might happen - there is no way to know for sure.Well.....I think I should have been made aware of that before thy stained and ruined my patio. I would definately not have had it done.
