Brick, Stone or Block Wall Repair
We received an estimate from the owner and he told us the job would not be able to be completed for a couple of months. Every time we checked in he would push the job out longer. Now he wants to double the price and push the job out even longer. We did not mind waiting; but once you quote a customer, you do not double the price especially after making them wait 3 months. We are very disappointed in the customer service. Scott may do good work, but we will never know!

"Yes I made a mistake when I figured up the job. I am not perfect. This is not a common practice but I am human and I do make mistakes I apologize I don?t know how you get to write a review when you don?t even take a deposit check sign a contract or perform any work but there you go!"

the siding looks great but become very demanding of money at end. Demanded final payment before town inspection. Advanced some and paid all by $500 after inspection asking him to come back and fix three small issues. He refused and told me to lose his number.

"I demanded the money because the people came home from vacation and they were home for two weeks and made no effort to contact me for final payment I work very very hard for my money and did 110% job on the front of their house. He made up little things said I wrecked the sidewalk and a broken window well that was obviously broken before I got there. I?m not going around and fixing things that I did not break I get people like this every once in a while and then they want to write a bad review well that?s your prerogative but like I said my work speaks for itself. I have Thousands of customers who will attest to that. You can never do enough!"

Scott the owner was Great. I had called 4 other masonry services to do my walkway and front steps that were chewed up by weather and he was the first to get back to me and was the most punctual to give me the estimate. When I selected his firm to do the job I had high expectations after the work was done he exceeded my expectations. The work was 5 Stars out of 5 my neighbors , the mailman said to me who fixed your steps ? I said MSH because this looks awesome. Trust me if you need masonry work MSH should be your Go To .. and its not even close. Tremendous work Scott and your crew at MSH Thank You and if I need you again for other projects you are hired. Scott and his team were very efficient, courteous and great to work with on my project. The pricing was competitive and the time frame from acceptance and discussion of the proposal to completion of the paver patio was 6 1/2 work days! Scott and his team were very respectable of the property and, when finished cleaned up ALL the construction material and debris. They spent a lot of time â finishing offâ the paver patio with grading of the soil around the patio, and then spreading grass seed, covering it with straw. While here with the new patio, I also had the team repair and re-sand with polymer cement a paver patio that was installed by another contractor 10 years ago. Again, efficient and a job beautifully done. I would gladly recommend MSH without reservation, and I have already asked for a proposal on another project!

He was so honest and upfront. He took videos of the problem with the patio showing the poor workmanship of the previous job. The work was excellent, timely and reasonable. He graded and seeded the lawn where the heavy machinery tore it up. He said if we had any problems in the future, to call him and he'd be back to fix it. When he was done, he even tested to be sure it was sloped properly so water would drain off the patio and away from the house.

The project personnel showed up for start date as scheduled, finished a few days earlier than expected. Job included replacing multiple concrete sidewalks, sets of steps and curb apron entrance , replacing existing and expansion of asphalt driveway as well as installing block retaining wall construction. Love the results.
