Very messy never finished rhe work will have to hire someone else to clean up the mess he left he keeps saying he will come back to finish but no show

He and his crew did a good job. I would use them again

We had Michael come out and lay an extended concrete patio in the spring of 2021. I was hesitant at first because the price was $900 less than my first quote but he had a few good reviews. I asked Michael if he would level the concrete for the water to drain away from my house and he said he would. After the install was poured he said he would come back tomorrow to clean up. He never showed and I never heard back from him. He had splatter concrete all over our vinyl and previous patio. Overall I was happy with the work other than the mess and false promises. Well after the first rain storm the water flowed correctly except for one spot was holding water. I contacted Michael and he said (this happens sometimes) and I will be by one day to fix it. Michael never showed and I never heard from him again. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for someone else.

Michael Heisser at MJR poured our slab. After we paid him for the job he said he would come back to break the form off, clean up the over spill in the yard and street in front of our house, and sand down the spillage on our preexisting slab. Michael never returned to clean up. My husband had to break the form off of the slab. Nothing has been cleaned up. The pre existing slab has new concrete all across the top of it. We had to pick up pieces of concrete around the sides of the new poured slab. Very disappointed.

Poured a 3 foot wide walkway instead of the 4 foot wide asked for - this left a wide swatch of dug up grass along one side of the walkway. Both driveway and walkway left a 4 inch high step to reach the level of the street. Failed to cover the concrete for curing in spite of the rain. Concrete was not finished at ground level as requested. Failed to clean up concrete trash along sides of driveway and walkway after finished. A pile of cured concrete was left on the lawn. Coax cable for TV was severed with a shovel - had to wait several days for Dish TV to make repairs. Concrete was splashed on windows and left to dry when they were cleaning their equipment.
