The work was spectacular and reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend hiring for any service. Responses to inquiries were pretty much immediate as well. You can't go wrong with working with this business.

John and his crew were amazing! We hired MSITE to grade our backyard and help us lay 720 sqft of new sod. We were on a strict budget and John worked with us to help save money where we could and do a little of the job ourselves. We learned a TON and actually gain a few great new skills in the process! Not only was their work impeccable, John’s communication before and after the job were best in class. He is incredibly organized and followed up with us on everything related to the job. Ee will 110% recommended them in the future!

MSITE removed several large trees, rough graded and removed vegetation, dug footings and compacted, helped convey concrete to forms, back filled footings and walls and performed final grading and clean up for my new shop. Site access was very restricted and work was performed on a small site in the heart of a residential area. I couldn t be more satisfied with MSITE in how they approached and performed this project for me. Jon Thompson is exceptionally responsive, professional and true to his word. Even though my site conditions were challenging, Jon brought in the right equipment, was efficient and timely in getting my project done. Even the clean up at the end was amazing. I highly recommend MSITE and Jon Thompson for excavation and site preparation work. I am also aware that Jon does excellent landscape improvement work such as timber, concrete block and stone retaining walls.

Response was fast. Great communication so we both understood what I wanted for the final look of the project. Jon made suggestions to have usability of the area without the concrete given the circumstances of the terrain and territory. That sealed the choice for us.

He is very responsive, with any of our questions, He responded in very timely manner, great customer service.

Jon did an excellent job from start to finish on our concrete removal job! He made sure to completely understand the project before starting and even offered suggestions that would lower the overall cost. He got the job done on time, cleaned it up perfectly, and even came back later that night to touch up some paint that had been chipped off during the concrete removal process. He was prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the entire project, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Jon was amazing. Super nice, super professional and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. He even took a blower to the grass to lift it back up again after he'd had to lay plywood down! I've got a couple of other projects to take up concrete and he will be my absolute first choice.

Jon is polite, honest, timely, professional, efficient, NICE, hard working, compassionate and I instantly knew we would hire him when we met him. He was transparent about the project the whole way through. He is very knowledgeable in this line of work and I appreciated that very much. We wanted someone to come in and do the job well and he surpassed all of our expectations. He has the right equipment which makes him very efficient, if you're looking for someone to install a drain, overhaul your yard, this is the guy and the company to use.
