***DISCLAIMER - This review is purely regarding the remodel aspect of this business. We did not use them for roofing and cannot speak to their capabilities or limits regarding roofing*** We hired MS Premier Roofing and Remodel to replace a shower that was leaking through the wall of our home. We expanded the scope to include a remodel of the master bathroom as well as replacement of the leaking shower and floor in the hallway bath. At the outset we performed a walkthrough of the project with the owner and agreed upon the scope. They returned a quote and we removed several lines from the project due to cost which we found far more reasonable elsewhere or elected to do ourselves. One thing I HIGHLY recommend with any contractor is to make sure that every detail discussed at the beginning of the project needs to be written in black and white in the quote. Even though a scope was agreed upon during the walkthrough, as the project continued additional costs were added throughout for basic
