Moises came out the same day that I requested an estimate for the installation of a UV light whole house air purification system, and to chemically clean my AC coil. I had another estimate but Moises gave me a better deal. He also recommended getting a cover for my AC unit for the winter, when he opened it up it was full of leaves and debris. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend MSR.

Very professional. Provided an actual fix to the problem opposed to another company who quoted a whole unit replacement BEFORE even looking for any problem. The fix was fast and accurate. Recommendation is high.

We had another company come out for a quote to fix our broken AC (still under warranty). They came, spent about 2 hours looking at it, told us what was wrong, then left. After leaving we found the AC in a worse state than when they arrived. 2 days later we received a non-itemized estimate, and they refused to itemize it for us, even though it was about double what research told us to expect. So we called out MSR, who came same day to look at it. Long story short, the first company's price was accurate (which if they'd been willing to itemize we would've known) but after making the problem worse, they then mis-diagnosed the issue. MSR fixed it (a different part also still under warranty) for about 1/3 of the first company's estimate. Also working with them was a pleasure, he was informative, fairly priced, and prompt. This is the 4th HVAC company we've used in about 5-6 years because of various issues with the techs, and I can't imagine having that happen with MSR.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
