Our decidedly "elderly" roof took some wind damage and Charles came the day after I contacted him. He was helpful and clearly explained what he would do. The other contractors wanted to do a tear-off, but Charles assured us it wasn't necessary. Once we had insurance okay, the work was quickly scheduled. Workers arrived on time, got right to work and our new roof looks great.

We interviewed 3 roofing contractors and MSW was the only roofer that would repair our roof the others wanted to completely replace the entire roof. We have had 2 rains since the repairs where done and everything is great. Very polite and knowledgeable on time and answered all our emails promptly. If your looking for a roofer look no further hire MSW Contracting...!

I have been searching for a company to help me with some roofing issues. Charles was quick to respond....he met with me and recommended solutions for my roof...I received a great estimate that came with a 5 year warranty. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and was completed as scheduled. We found Robert to be honest and professional. MSW gave us a good value and did quality work and performed it in a timely manner. These days it's hard to find contractors with honor and integrity and we found MSW to be just that.

Excellent Customer Service - responded promptly to all inquiries, arrived to all appointments on time, finished the work in the specified time frame. Can't speak to the quality as we know nothing about roof repair and resealing. Competitive bid.
