Very professional and they really know what they're doing. Answered all my concerns and do excellent work. They were fast to install and the guys that work for Charles were friendly and efficient.

Great company! Robert was great to work with and his crew were as well. Very professional, competent and customer-oriented. I would hire MSW again for foam roofing, repair and/or re-coat. They found the leak I had and went above and beyond to build up low areas that tended to pond. Pricing was right and the work was done well in spite of an unfortunately timed rain that washed part of the re-coat off. This made a lot of extra work for the crew, but they not only re-coated the roof, but re-painted carport trim where the rain had washed some of the fresh roof coating off onto the trim. Selvin and his crew were just great guys to work with and I could not be more pleased. Thank you! Their pricing came in just as bid,even though they did extra work in building up low spots and re-painting trim. I paid I paid them more than they asked to provide a tip for all they guys on the roof.

Charles was easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would and cleaned up when the installation was completed.

If you have any doubts about a roofing Co. to hire, stop now MSW, is without a doubt the best I've ever delt with. Bob Wilson one of the owners did exactly what he said he was going to do, the pricing was very reasonable. Constantine and Ismal two great, knowledgeable techs, a real asset to there employer. I couldn't be more pleased, I don't think you can go wrong in hiring this roofing Company.

We interviewed 3 roofing contractors and MSW was the only roofer that would repair our roof the others wanted to completely replace the entire roof. We have had 2 rains since the repairs where done and everything is great. Very polite and knowledgeable on time and answered all our emails promptly. Charles and his crew performed brilliantly on our flat roof which was in need of much re-foaming and full re-coating. The workmanship was top-notch. They also replaced two sky-lights within the original bid and repaired and restored our internet service. They went above and beyond...

Robert followed thru on everything he said he would do and by the time he committed. To find a contractor who does so is near impossible so it was greatly appreciated to finally find someone who is reliable and honest.

We'd been told by another roofer we needed to replace the roof, which did leak badly. MSW, however, found another solution that cost us a lot less money. Robert also did extra work to make sure rain water drained better and refoamed a couple of spots he hadn't anticipated working on. He showed up on time, showed us pictures of everything and his price was fair (it was exactly what he quoted). We will definitely use MSW in the future.

Robert was fantastic, a true lifesaver. We are selling our home, Robert came out, gave us an estimate to ONLY do the required work NOT extra work like other roofing companies wanted me to do (i.e. fixed only water damaged wood NOT replace all the wood on the roof). His folks were extremely polite and their work was extremely thorough. If you don't use MSW for your roofing needs, you are missing out and paying too much. I strongly recommend them
