Iâ m not one to write reviews but I feel compelled to let others know how grateful we are to Hasnain and his team at Warraich building company. He is a shining example of how a business should be run. We were extremely fortunate to find someone so honest and caring, especially during COVID and these crazy times. I was expecting our second child at the time we met Hasnain, so it was extremely hard to be onsite as much as I wanted to be. As first time renovators for our big job (gutting and expanding our one hundred year old house in Millburn, NJ) during COVID, pregnant, and completely overwhelmed, Hasnain held our hands throughout the entire process. When baby was born, I resorted to texting Hasnain in the middle of the night often and Hasnain always responded, even on weekends. He performed an outstanding job to our utmost satisfaction and we are so proud of our new home. Throughout our 1.5 year renovation, Hasnain was straight to the point, patient, caring, meticulous, intelligent, tech savvy, reasonably priced, transparent, upstanding, stuck through to the end, and we are glad that we can call him our friend. We need to do the gut remodel and additon to our home and had very limited time as the kids have to go to the new school. WA has completed the job well in time even having delays in some of the supplies. Also helped us in the interior designing for our home. The details to the finishes was really high and all our family is very happy for that.

Me and my wife interviewed many builders and finally hired WA Construction because Hasnain was transparent and fair from the day one. Quality and time was the most important factors for us. So we saw their reviews and that they have won multiple awards which gives us the trust to hire them. Another great thing is that they have amazing onboarding process which gave us all the options of work in the very beginning and that saves time and money as compared if we thought later to do those things. WA Constructions has done a great work at our home and we got the best value for that.

Hasnain and his team at Wa did a 2nd level addition and remodel of our ranch. We were on a tight schedule and they did everything they could to get us home on time. During covid, with many supply issues, this was no easy task but they pulled it off.
