We required a complete deck rebuild. Will met with us and one of the first questions he asked was regarding our budget. From there, he showed us options that we really liked and came in under budget. Will was professional and very responsive to any questions we had. He rebuilt our deck and the finished product exceeded our expectations! In the end, they even cleaned everything. We would highly recommend him without reservation.

MTC Builders responded to my request for carpentry services within a few hours. After determining what need to be completed, an estimate was provided. The cost was reasonable and a work date was scheduled within a week of the initial visit. Will and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled work day. The quality of the work is excellent. They also made sure they cleaned up before they left. All three men were professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with the work.

Wil ( owner) was prompt with responding for a quote ( the 1st, in fact) . Was diligent on making sure he had completed info for the permit process ( & the township was difficult & moved slowly on issue). He ended up starting AFTER the holidays ( meant the weather was going to be more problematic), but Wil was here, just about every day until the deck was finished. ( Including working in below-freezing conditions) Was informative & prompt with updates, including letting us know when he found he needed to take care of some decaying masonry after removing the old deck. Totally fair price, but JUST as important- excellent service & work! And YES, we will certainly have his name at the top of the list for any future projects that would be in his realm. Just Plain Good Business!!

They did an excellent job repairing, replacing, painting my porch. Always professional and took great care in the work they did. I felt it was a good value and would have them back again for other projects

MTC builders was able to complete our deck repair from estimate to project completion in less than a week! It was great to work with someone that was cost effective with our project as well as completed the project in a timely fashion. Communication was great with the company and the project plan was easily explained to us, which we appreciated. We couldn't be happier with how our deck repair turned out! We will definitely hire MTC builders again!
