Will and his crew were great to work with. They constantly kept us informed throughout the process and tackled every hurdle that came their way during our project. They even helped us figure out some other stuff wrong in our house unrelated to the project. The whole time they were professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to renovate or build a deck.

Will and his team were incredibly thorough, diligent, and efficient during the remodel of our front porch. We ran into some unexpected structural issues which they dealt with extremely well and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. We had a small kitchen porch and a larger deck replaced. Wil was very knowledgeable and made multiple suggestions regarding the projects. He was open to our ideas, and made them happen, if possible. As always, surprises surfaced during the tear-down, but Wil handled them with no fuss and priced the necessary surprise work fairly. Kept us informed during the entire time about product delivery issues, and went out of his way to get what he needed from suppliers, even if they were not close by, His crew was professional, pleasant and courteous.

We required a complete deck rebuild. Will met with us and one of the first questions he asked was regarding our budget. From there, he showed us options that we really liked and came in under budget. Will was professional and very responsive to any questions we had. He rebuilt our deck and the finished product exceeded our expectations! In the end, they even cleaned everything. We would highly recommend him without reservation.

MTC Builders responded to my request for carpentry services within a few hours. After determining what need to be completed, an estimate was provided. The cost was reasonable and a work date was scheduled within a week of the initial visit. Will and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled work day. The quality of the work is excellent. They also made sure they cleaned up before they left. All three men were professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with the work.

Wil ( owner) was prompt with responding for a quote ( the 1st, in fact) . Was diligent on making sure he had completed info for the permit process ( & the township was difficult & moved slowly on issue). He ended up starting AFTER the holidays ( meant the weather was going to be more problematic), but Wil was here, just about every day until the deck was finished. ( Including working in below-freezing conditions) Was informative & prompt with updates, including letting us know when he found he needed to take care of some decaying masonry after removing the old deck. Totally fair price, but JUST as important- excellent service & work! And YES, we will certainly have his name at the top of the list for any future projects that would be in his realm. Just Plain Good Business!!
