Thomas was very polite and when he was unable to make his appointed time, he called immediately and set another time. He did a great job of "fixing" what another contractor "botched". He is very pleasant to deal with and I highly recommend him. He is very fair in his pricing and took into consideration that we are on a "fixed" income.
