I found Ozzie, my professional well informed and readily willing and able to assist me in first identifying the animal, noting the location & then getting rid of the squirrels in my ceiling/roof. I am very pleased with his treatment of this service. I would definitely utilize this service again and / or make referrals .

Very prompt and responsive. It's not cheap if you have multiple raccoons but they are in the same ballpark as other companies.

MTD were very kind and helpful in taking care of the problem, they even agreed to return if there were any more issues regarding the birds.

They were prompt, put out tracks to catch the squirrels making residence. The squirrels had bitten the siding & running from all over the underlining of the roof. Service were done this past summer (2011)

I had noises in attic though to be bats. MTD came out to inspect and said there was bats. They put up nets to remove the bats and two weeks later removed nets. Til this day I still have same something in attic. For seven hundred and fifty dollars same noises.

I called because I was having trouble with birds getting on my property. I was very pleased with the service and the kindness and professionalism of the man (whose name I forgot...sorry) who came out to look. Instead of charging me out the kazoo to fix a problem only temporarily, he told me what I should do to get rid of the birds which was construction work to cover a hole I had in my awning. He even offered to do this himself since their company does block off entry ways for birds and other critters into attics and such. I know that they could've gouged me and didn't. When I need a exterminator, I will definitely call MTD Pest Control.

MTD does not work on the type of problem I have (fllying squirrels). Response was immediate. I would have hired them.

MTD is a company sent from heaven..Ozzie is the best so proffessional!! let me tell you so you can understand i had what i considered a bad case of bedbugs, dont get me wrong im not a dirty person, my mattress was from europe and unfortunately they got in there and nested at my expense, Ozzie came and sprayed and did whatever he did and told me to get rid of my mattress and so i did and believe it my bedbugs were GONE!!!! i was so happy i couldnt believe it got my self a new mattress and no more biting!!! thank heavens! i recommend Ozzie for anyone he actually cares thats the kind of person you need!!
