MTS did a fine job. The final work cost a bit more money than quoted, so I would have liked to know ahead of time why the additional charges were needed. However, overall the job was completed on time as quoted. CHANGE OF REVIEW - Another electrician was in the house following MTS and found that the job was not completed as stated. Exposed dead wires were not removed and scrapes of wiring were left on the floor. I had asked MTS to go back to the house to correct a light switch, but they never did so. When I questioned their incomplete job, they said they only charged for what they did. For what they did, they charged too much. I am very unhappy with their customer service. They did not even try to make things right...

The first contractor from home advisor came and left a mess..with open live outlets..very unprofessional..MTS came on a Saturday after 5 and cleared up the mess and then some. Mike was very professional, friendly and explained everything in layman's terms so we understood everything he was doing. I wish they would have reached out to me first. Quick response to inquiry, scheduled work the next morning, on time, professional, answered questions, and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He needed a part not on his truck, located it in the next town. The whole job was done in 3 hours, start to finish, and the best part was his price was extremely reasonable. I have already shared his contact information with General Contractor who lives next door. MTS is now going to be on my Favorites list.

Came on time and quote was correct

The job was one done correctly, I needed a common wire hooked up to my thermostat. What should have been a sixty or ninety minute job took three hours. Firs the electrician showed up thirty minutes late. Then he took about a thirty minute bathroom break, which is fine, but do not charge for me it and I was charged for the time he was late. Did not clean the work area well, left lots of wood chunks and dust left over from drilling. What should have cost between $300-$350 , end up costing me $500. Will not use this company again, I felt they milked me for my money and were unprofessional.
