After purchasing my electric vehicle, I initially utilized standard charging at home as well as charging stations to power my car, so I knew I had to upgrade to a level 2 charger as soon as possible. As a result, I called three electricians, but selected Agustin of Electric City, the third electrician, immediately upon speaking with him as he answered my questions, asked questions regarding my electrical set-up and needs, as well as presented options that could be further discussed upon a visit. I found Agustinâ  s approach to place me at ease as it countered the other electricians who insisted on a paid visit, applicable to services rendered of course, or an initial visit before they could discuss options or answer questions. Upon Agustin's visit, he revisited our initial discussion as we walked the garage and areas of discussion. Agustin provided all options for increasing the charge output and even options for a system upgrade to 200 amps when I expressed concerns regarding drawing too much power with additional electrical upgrades that are planned for the near future. At no point did Agustin insist upon me upgrading the system, which I appreciated as I did not experience any pressure to decide one way or the other. Within a week, Agustinâ  s crew arrived to upgrade the system to 200 amps, install the level 2 charger I purchased (Lectron), and install an outlet for my electric dryer. Throughout the entire process Agustin was prompt, responsive to calls, considerate and flexible when scheduling, as well as communicative as each stage of work was completed. His crew was also professional, efficient, thorough, and careful. Moreover, I am satisfied with the final product and its cost; I have attached photos of the work for reference. If I ever require additional electrical work or know of someone who needs an electrician, I would, without reservation, recommend Agustin, Christian, and the other repairman of Electric City. They do good work

They checked the circuit breaker to make sure it was okay. They decided to trouble shoot all electric outlets, lamps and lights that were connected to the breaker. They were successful in resuming electricity to all areas where there was no electricity.

Augustin and his crew were great to work with. Angel, Cristian and Pablo did a fantastic job and were quick and courteous. The crew required our powder room, microwave and dishwasher to perfection bringing it up to code. Augustin was very responsive and nice. Cost of installation was well priced and not sky high like some electricians. I will definitely be using them in the future, as we plan to do some other remodeling on the house.

I think the only thing was a I got the estimates much later than the other guys, however the work was very good on that.

The service from Electric City was excellent. Our home had an issue of flickering lights in our living room and in our kitchen. Initially we hired an electrician who informed us that the issue was that there wasnâ t any ground in our outlet fixtures. But after that electrician addressed that the main issue was not resolved. Electric City came by, diagnosed the issue much more expertly, provided us with a quote in a professional manner, and communicated with us throughout the process and was able to determine the real source of the issue as our outdated electrical panel and breakers. This was replaced and now our homeâ s electrical issue is resolved. I believe they are a great company and would definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend Electric City. 5 stars out of 5.
