My roof repair was a relatively small project that others I contacted basically walked away and left me stranded. If Mark hadn t followed through, I could have received water damage in the house, but didn t since the roofer realized a strong thunderstorm was forecast for Monday, so he came out and repaired my roof on the Saturday morning before the rain arrived.

Mark went above the scope of his job. He became an advocate for me with my insurance co. He was knowledgeable, persistent and patient. Needless to say, my insurance co., paid for the roof. Mark's staff showed up before sunrise to prep for the job. I left for work & returned that afternoon to a beautiful architectural roof. The clean up was as if they hadn't been there. I recommend Mark without reservation.

A large tree had fallen on my house, and my insurance company selected a crew that wouldn't come for days. After speaking with Mr. Mark Thomas, he had a tarp put on the damaged roof immediately. I have dealt with many contractors and frequently have experienced frustration; not so with M Thomas Construction. The owner is an experienced contractor. He is professional and courteous. The same can be said for all of the workers sent to complete the work. I was so impressed that I hired him immediately to work on a second home that experienced storm damage during the same period. He worked with my insurance company to make the experience as painless as possible. When this company takes a job, they get it done promptly. I highly recommend M. Thomas Construction.

Owner/Contractor was prompt and courteous. He went above and beyond even before I hired him and put a tarp on my damaged roof because rain was in forecast before I d be able to repair it until approved by insurer.

I found out about Mark through Home Advisor and he came to my house the day I inquired about having roof repairs. After having him show me damage I wasn't aware of I had the entire roof replaced. His crew did an excellent job with installation and clean-up. I highly recommend this company.

Mark Thomas and his crew are the most hard working and reliable professional that I have worked with. My roof was replaced and it is beautiful. Mark was very reassuring regarding my roof needing to be replaced and assisted me working with my insurance company. He was very knowledgeable of the process and what I could expect from my insurance company. The crew arrived early and on time, worked diligently all day long and finished by the end of the day.
