The company representative came to my home to give me an estimate that was thorough--professional--and was comparable or less than other estimates I had received-- The rep answered all questions and explained every step of process and time frame-did not rush through my questioning and provided email estimate in a timely manner and scheduled a date that was within 2 wks-- The Contract explaining the agreement was clear-concise and was exactly what was agreed upon-- The crew came to my home on time--were professional--made sure all equipment/area was cleaned up--updated me on each level of the project and let me know when they would be finish--and completed the job in the agreed upon time frame-- I would recommend this team anytime--
