Dustin answered all our questions and provided repair options. Yiannis and Landon arrived on schedule and were very professional. They did a fantastic job lifting and leveling a sunken section of concrete driveway. It looks like new! After completing the repairs in only a couple of hours, they cleaned up everything. Great experience! I would definitely use them for any other similar repairs in the future.

Chris was very professional and did a thorough job of explaining everything they needed to complete to make the crawl space up to standards. Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. He explained that how he set it up, the condensation run to the sub pump. I was impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism.

I contracted with Mount Valley Foundation to encapsulate my crawlspace. I worked with Trey to define the project work. He along Christian provided a competitive estimate and were available to answer my questions. The project included removal of all fiberglass insulation, fully encapsulating the space with top end vapor barriers, replacing the door, and installing a dehumidifier. The team worked for two days to complete all the work with the exception of wiring the dehumidifier which is being done by a third party. Cody led a team comprised of Cory, Zy, Billy and Lamont. They worked steadily and demonstrated they knew what they were doing. I was most impressed by their willingness to answer any questions. All of them were so polite. I would highly recommend Mountains Valley Foundation based in my experience.

Trey came out and gave an estimate. He was a very nice person and had a good demeanor. The cost of the project ended up being more than 40K, due to underlying issues with the house. WE won't be moving forward with the project, but I'd call them again if I needed an inspection.

Very happy with their service. Communication was excellent. Always informed of daily projects, and had all my questions answered.

We have been calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling since we took on more and more water after Mount Valley Foundations Services "fixed" our hurricane ravaged basement. We have spent close to $30,000 with this company in the past two years and we cannot even get David Tillet and his team to respond to our phone calls, Think they guarantee their work? Think again.

I had A inspector come out about floor creaking issue and a crack in my wall at the same place, he told me to encapsulate my crawl space and get a humidifier. 12k later, yes 12 thousand. it has been less than a year and the cracks have reappeared and it?s gotten worse with the house settling? to anyone I?d suggest reconsidering letting them help you fix your home. they also don?t have warranties!!! just want your money!! on top of the crawl space they sealed has dirt coming through, if I?m going to pay so much, at least fix my issues and do the job correctly, below is my house now showing more signs of settling!

From my first Mount Valley Foundations evaluation appointment with Carlton Cisson to the construction team assigned to reconstructing and encapsulating my grusome crawl space foundation mess (Shaun Dixon, Alex Hernandez, Milton Martin and Dre Nesbitt) I experienced nothing but professionalism, positive & friendly demeanors, constant and thorough communication and a completed job above my expectations! Hoping I never have to have such foundation work ever done again, but will certainly call Mount Valley again, if I do!

My first contact with Mount Valley Foundations was with Carlton Cisson. He was prompt, professional and provided details of what needed to be done with a drawing explaining all and a quote right on the spot. Every time I reached out to Carton after that first meeting regarding the task at hand, scheduling the work or just to answer questions...Carlton responded quickly. For anyone that might possibly be needing foundation work of any kind, I highly recommend Carlton Cission as the first point of contact. Shaun Dixon, Alex Hernandez, Milton Martin and Dre Nesbitt were the team assigned to replacing the entire foundation of the wedding venue restroom I hired Mount Valley for (from the interior floor to the dirt on the ground beneath...literally). 100% rotten through by years of undetected moisture from inadequate airflow and dehumidification. Shaun (the forman) was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process of rebuilding. He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. Shaun was clear and concise in describing what was being done and answering all of my questions (which was many). The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout. Hoping I never have to have such foundation work ever done again, but will certainly call Mount Valley again, if I do!

Sadly disappointed. I called the Charleston division of mount valley because I had cracks in my ceiling. When they came out, I was told that water was getting under my house causing the ground to be soft and my house to settle unevenly. They said that the solution would be drainage and a sump pump.. Near the end of 2021, Mt.Valley came out and did the work and according to them my issues were fixed. That being said I went ahead and had my house jacked up and leveled, my floors done and my ceiling fixed. It s now 2024. Mount valley has been out to address my concerns of water still getting under the house several times. They have moved the sump pump twice and I am still having the same issue. Because the issue still persists, all of the work that I had done to my house, has been undone. I have let Mt. Valley Foundation know of my issue in detail. The manager I spoke to said that he read the notes about all of the issues that I have had, so I am looking forward to see how they handle this.

Finish much quicker quicker than originally expected. House feels much better now. You have to come back out soon fix one little problem but other than that no issue.

All personnel were curtious and professional. They were able adapt to hidden problems in the foundation. They informed me of what they were doing and why. Area was left clean. I would hire them again.

Clint Weimann was so very professional and explained issues with my foundation in a manner I could understand. The inspection was extremely thorough and I felt that I was getting the right kind of repair. I did not know what exactly was wrong when I contacted Mount Valley.

Had problems with supervisor level. The General Manager became involved and took care of the issue.

An encapsulation and placing of a dehumidifier was done on February 3rd. Afterwards I was told that they had no available electrician to put in an outlet. had to wait around 2 weeks for an electrician to install a dedicated outlet in the crawlspace. I then called and requested an inspection.The inspector came within a week and told me that some things that were done required repairs. I have to wait until March 17 to get the repairs and second inspection completed. I feel that if I hadn't called as many times as I had nothing would of been done. I paid in full which was my mistake as the reviews I read were much different than what I experienced and I had trust in the company. This dragged out process is quite annoying and unexpected as I was told that the entire project would take 4-6 hours followed by an inspection.

Jeff and his assistant were outstanding. They came on time, told us what they would do, walked up through, and did the job exactly as they said they would; that part was excellent. Customer Service: When we contracted, we were offered 12 months as same as cash and went forward with the paperwork. However, when we got to the actual financing contract, we were not entirely comfortable with it and opted not to finance but to pay cash on delivery. We were told that the financing material had all been canceled. A day before the job was done, we received finance agreements and notification of access to our credit scores, etc to open a new line of credit. I called Customer Service and Sky was great but said she could not answer the question and referred me to Amy, the office manager. As instructed, I left her a voicemail call-back request. No response. A few days later, another voicemail request, and no response. Another 3 days and I called Sky again, and she said she would remind Amy again. I sent a text message to Amy but no response. Four days later, I received a follow-up note from Sky asking if I had heard and called her. Another apology and another follow-up reminder and another call but still no response. I gave up. In short, the folks doing the frontline work and the product are great. However, the administrative end, assuming that the Office Manager is an example of leadership quality, was not so great.

Great experience with these guys. Timely and efficient with no issues.

I hired Mount Valley to do fix some water-damaged, unlevel floors in my house and have serious regrets about it. The scope of work listed out installing a new support beam and installing jacks. I noticed there was no woodwork listed on there so I called and spoke with the estimator, Mitch, and he assured me it would all be fixed, so I went ahead with it. Sure enough, they didn't replace any wood and the work they did do barely did anything to level the floors. I pointed this out before they left and asked them to give me a call to find a solution. It took me almost two weeks to get someone on the phone, and when I finally did they kept avoiding questions about the original scope of the work and instead kept pushing a new estimate to fix it. At the end of the day I paid $6k for less than a days work that didn't even fix my issues. Even worse is that when I received quotes from other companies to fix the work and learned that I overpaid nearly double!!! Stay away!
