Val did a great job. He responded to my calls quickly, arrived at my residence on time and prepared. He diagnosed a faulty ice-maker on my 13 year old fridge and located and ordered a replacement and installed it. It works perfectly.

My dryer was suddenly very noisy. He cleaned and tightened up what was needed.. Came quickly and seemed very efficient. I asked about a warranty as well and he said yes 60 days and that I could call him.

I spoke with Val on the phone, my refrigerator was leaking water. He said he would be able come by between 12-3pm. When he was on his way, he texted me with his ETA. Arrived promptly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced the connector on the water line, tested it, working properly, all set! I was very grateful that he was able to come out so quickly and fixed the problem. Very nice serviceman. I highly recommend him!
