Pro got the job done in seven days very clean and professional the steam room now looks very good.

I hired this contractor not only to do the remodel on the kitchen but also on the complete renovation of our condo. He transformed our condo into something that brought us pride and joy every single day and we were so proud to show it off! We cannot say enough good things about the craftsmanship of his work or the integrity behind his work. When remodeling there are always retrofit challenges that pop up, but his expertise provided solutions every time. The results were outstanding and all within budget. It was a sincere pleasure doing business with Michael Piscitelli.

Very nice quality work done on budget and on time, old school in today building climate. The attention to details and craftsmanship show in many of the bathroom renovations I have seen in the past. so happy with the finished product and will recommend this work for others and continued success in the future. Great costumer service, Mike change my kitchen cabinets, removed one wall made the space more open. Worked very fast and clean.

Mike previously purchased supplies and did roofing work for us, and we were pleased. However, he noticed a faulty electrical socket connected to our heat tape and offered to replace it. He requested and was paid a substantial amount to purchase supplies for the socket and stated a return date to be three days later. He did not return, he did not answer any texts, phone calls and emails. Finally, he did respond and gave another return date which was about ten days later but still did not show up or answer texts, emails or phone calls. I am adding to this review: 3/14/2020: I have been reimbursed for the supplies not purchased and the work not done. I have added a separate review but it is still pending. The work Mike did for us was good. The first three times he responded quickly and arrived promptly as promised. Good communication is essential, and the lack of it is why I wrote the negative review. UPDATE 3/16/2020: Our roof was leaking badly. Mike responded to our call quickly, and came to help us on a weekend. He shoveled part of the roof and attended to the horrid ice dam. He returned two more times and shoveled and got rid of two more ice dams. He was a very hard worker and also seemed knowledgeable. I felt that he deserved a good review for the good work that he did on our roof. I also should note that the charge was very high, (hence the lower score for value for money) but we were glad to have someone show up to do the work. He returned the money today that we gave him to do the electrical work. (see other review by James B. - Breckenridge) I do not know why he suddenly stopped responding. I have to add because of that, I would be hesitant to consider him.

Mike is responsive and a hard worker. He contacted us immediately and did the work exactly the way he said he would.

Once hired Mike was slow to respond to texts and calls. Most of the time it snowed we had to call him to come out. He was hired to plow and remove snow. Almost every guest who stayed at our place complained that he would not come out timely. He is hot tempered and always has an excuse. Literally quit on us during the biggest snow storm of the season because we asked him to come finish the shoveling that we started for him. I would not recommend if you need to rely on someone who is consistent and won?t leave you or your guest stranded.

He showed up 30 minutes after contact and did the work. I signed a contract for this season for snow removal.

Nice guy; missed 1st appointments because son was ill ... after that, no complaints at all. Excellent work skills. This is Summit City; nothing is reasonably priced.

I contacted Michael for regular snow removal for the season. He returned my call right away, came out to look at the property and promptly provided a written estimate. Every time he removes the snow, he lets me know by sending pictures and texting me. Even our neighbors have made comments on the great job he has done. Always professional and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Michael with an emergency job that needed to be done as soon as possible. He was able to arrange his schedule to work us in. He got our kids' bedroom painted and the flooring installed, set up their bunk beds and assisted with other work that needed to be done in order to get our condo ready in time for the Christmas holidays. Communication was very good and he fulfilled all of our needs and expectations. I would definitely recommend him and we will turn to him again in the future for additional work that needs to be done.

Michael was prompt and very accommodating when it came to scheduling. He was quick and efficient and was very fair on price. I really enjoyed working with him and plan to work with him on other projects in the future. I would not hesitate to call him for many of my projects.

They did a great job painting a living room with vaulted ceilings.. Though, Karen was over an hour late & left early due to a migraine. She was unable to return later that day as originally promised. Therefore, it took an additional day to complete the downstairs job. I scheduled the upstairs paint job with Karen twice. On both occasions, she did NOT follow through with the appointment. My last attempt was cancelled when I called to confirm because she had dinner plans.

So happy with my garage door now, it looks brand new! Great price, work was done quickly, super happy!

Clean nice job

Mike and Karen provided quality work at a very competitive price. In addition, they were able to able to remove and reset a stone window sill so that it no longer collected water as well as fix some loose soffit on the second story of my home. I especially appreciated their willingness to come back to give more attention to some spots that needed additional work. They are very trustworthy.

Karen and Mike were wonderful. They came on time. Were clean. Did a great job and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them.

Worked very hard to match my existing paint. Great attitudes, very nice people, competent and hard workers.

We had a misunderstanding in that I thought he was going out to give us a bid, but he went out and started the work. When we discovered the miscommunication, he did not charge us for 2 hours worth of work. Very impressed with his willingness to work with us.
