This was my 1st experience w/HomeAdvisor Iâ m very pleased with the quick response time as well as the customer service. Michelle was able to come out and help me within 24 hours for an issue I had a rental property. I never had to be present. All communication we did over the phone. Was quick & easy and priced beyond fairly. I would definitely use Michelle in the future on any rental & personal handyman jobs I have. Great experience & Great work

I hired them, spoke to them twice and they canceled or rescheduled three separate times. Then today Michelle claimed he forgot his tools and by the way my helper just got Covid. Do not hire these guys. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.

I hired Michelle to work on the repairing the drains outside, he ended up asking a bunch of questions because he did not know much about drains, helped the plumber for a bit and he was here for 2 hour said that he needed to go and stated her will be back in a couple of weeks and he never came back, I paid him $100 for 2 hours and I feel like I was taken advantage of

"100% untrue ! You hired another plumber and myself the same day. You were being combative and cursing at both of us and multiple times Jose from soXXXX said he would leave and you wouldn't let him . We teamed up because we had to dig a trench and wouldn't be able to Finish if one did by himself . Never did I ask multiple questions. You were to busy telling me to XXXX the XXXX up !! He ended up unclogging your drain and we explained that you had other issues due to the new construction you had just had .Day before you scheduled me and then canceled me, saying roto rooter had came out . Sunday morning you called both of us."
