I do not usually write a review but I had the worst experience with this cleaning company. The owner and her granddaughter come to clean up the house. She did not explain her process much and went straight to the cost. I gave her the work and asked how long it will take. She did not give me a time frame and just said nothing with a facial expression that it will be a while before she completes it. So I said call me when you are done and we will be back. After a little while, she called to say the work is complete and started to scream over the phone to get paid. I said I am on my way to see the work and pay her but she will not have it. She threw tantrum like a child, that she does not have time to wait for us and that she is going to call the police. When we got there she did not give us a chance to show her work but ready to get the money and run. The work was mediocre. The bathtubs tiles were still dirty, not all windows cleaned, bathroom corners not clean, and inside cabinets not touched. Did a good job on the oven though. When we got ready to pay her regardless, she said she will not take a check only cash. I am like are you really from Home Advisor? How are you running a business and not take a check or credit card? She started to boost her great reviews. I was more disappointed by Home Advisor for having her on their site. Overall we were very disappointed. Paid her cash for $300 and we did not even get a receipt. Please Home advisor remove her from your site. The sad part is, I was so happy to see a woman and a woman of color running a business and was ready to give her so much business. When she learned that we were minority business owners and own many real estate, she felt ashamed but did not admit it. Her granddaughter was sweet though. I have advised her not to be like her grandma in life and to advise her. Please treat every customer with respect!
