"Gail, thanks for your honest review. I would like to point out that I initially quoted you 90.00/hr for installation of ONE TV in your family room. (which would take appox 1 hr for one person or 30 minutes with two to install) When we arrived, you had a SECOND TV that when we asked if you wished to have it installed as well, you agreed and we installed it in your bedroom. I will take into consideration your advise regarding better explanation of cost, but please note that this is a common practice for billing."
