M. Wolf's Landcaping and Snow Plowing

Prompt and efficient.

We hired this company mid July when we moved into our new house. He said he would stop by and take a look and then give me a price. He gave me a price the next day, we agreed on him starting the following day. He mowed once and then sent me a message stating that he needed more money because he didn't realize how large the yard was (he never actually looked at it), I agreed to more because it was mid season and difficult to find landscapers. He came two weeks in a row, and then we didn't see him for two weeks until I contacted him to mow again. I then had to reach out every time I wanted the lawn mowed and heard an excuse as to why he couldn't come every time...e.g. once he said the rash was too wet, when it hadn't rained. Then he said his help didn't show, several times he just flat out ignored my request. The most recent time he showed up, it took me reaching out three times ...and he only did a small part of our yard (I assume he thought we wouldn't notice because we weren't home, but we have a camera that shows our entire back yard.) I will never hire this company again and would not recommend this company to anyone else. I tried to give him several chances to redeem himself, but each time was a fail.

This is our first experience hiring a landscaper pro. We are not having a good experience.

They did a great job and will definitely hire them again!

I feel I was overcharged. I paid $350.00 plus tax. They were here for 20 minutes. They did weed-whack my ditch. I thought they would use real posts to tie back my grape vines. What they used, however, were spindly little posts, and they tied the vines up with string. They borrowed scissors and did not return them. I am disappointed in the work that was done and also in myself for not being more cautious.

What I liked about M. Wolf Landscaping was that he daily kept on contact with me regarding my landscape job as the weather changed daily. He came as quickly as the weather permitted. His staff completed the job with a timely manner. I have learned, however, for future reference when contracting any type of landscaper to be very sure that everyone is clear on what needs to be done. In this case, while the job was done to my satisfaction, the communication on how much I wanted my bushes to be trimmed was not clear between both parties. M. Wolf, however, was agreeable to complete the job to my satisfaction, however, the rate changed from the original quote.

I live out of state, M. Wolf landscaping was hired to maintain my mom's vacant property. The communication and service was constant dependable. The price was fare.
