The technician was on time. He was very polite. I showed him where the roof was leaking and he said he would inspect that area and the rest of the roof. He showed me 3 areas that needed attention. He told me he could do the repairs while he was there. I would highly recommend him.

Ark did a full roof replacement for us, and bumped out the roof over a porch area that was a persistent leak problem for us. They were fabulous to work with! We started with an unidentified leak that was causing damage. Ark gave us options for repairs, but also did a full inspection of the roof and identified multiple issues associated with age. They didn't push the replacement, but after getting a few other quotes and inspections we decided to go with a full replacement. Ark's quote was competitive, not the cheapest but felt like the best balance of cost and confidence. They were amazing - came in with a big crew and banged out a 4000sqft roof in two days start to finish. Spotless clean up, and quality work. The new porch roof solved the problem of dead valleys and leaks and gave us a new covered porch to enjoy. I will use Ark again for our next home improvement project!

Mr. Flores was able to attend to my problem within about an hour. He looked at the problem and let me know that he could help me with replacing the metal cap on the vent pipe, but that at some point it would need to be replaced. And his price was so reasonable, I have already asked him about two other projects.

Mr. Flores and his team at Ark Renovations did a great job at a fair prices with an unusually rapid response. The repair was for a plywood to shingle replacement of about 70 or so sq ft of missing or loose shingles in a few different areas. They found problems other contractors had missed. They correctly noted areas of concern, but did not pressure us for immediate repairs to conditions that were not time sensitive. He did a thorough analysis of the roof condition and presented us with useful options, explaining the pros, cons and cost.He took care of some additional items upon request. You can depend on his team to over deliver.

(There was no other option to choose except the roofing option. I had to choose to be able to post my review). I had two closets I wanted closed off. They removed the doors and trim then placed sheet rock and sealed the two areas. You would never know there had been a closet at either place. By closing these closets they were able to open the closet in one of the bedrooms and make it much larger. The two smaller bedrooms were opened by cutting out forty eight inches of the wall between them. The opening was to my specifications and the dry wall work again was great. I will be hanging a barn door in the opening to separate the two rooms or leaving it open. The occupants of the room have the option to close off the bed area from the sitting area. I am very pleased with the work and timely fashion in which it was completed. I am happy to give five stars.

The roof and skylights replacement was professionally completed within 2 weeks of contract agreement for a large house and detached greenhouse and gazebo. Overall cost was reasonable . Highly recommended and will use Arc Renovation for future projects.

The crew was working on my neighbors roof and while briefly talking with one of the workers he mentioned seeing exposed shingle nails on my roof. They took pictures and showed me what they were seeing. Manager Elier Flores came out and did a full inspection and quoted reasonable prices for the needed repairs to include replacing the ridge cap. I have had several different roofers out within the last 5 years of owning this townhouse. I have had to have the ridge cap repeatedly repaired. This is the first company to show me before and after pictures along with providing an explanation of why they had a better solution vs their competitors. Highly satisfied with the overall experience.

I saw Ark Renovations LLC working on my neighbor’s roof on my way to the gym and asked if they had a lot of work with all the storms. I told them my roof had just started leaking the day before, and every other company I googled was closed for the weekend. They offered to stop by later that same day after finishing up, and sure enough, he came over, listened to what we were saying, and quickly found the problem. The leak was so bad that water was actually coming through my fan from the roof. We had tried to get this checked before with someone my realtor recommended, but he dismissed our concerns and told us there wasn’t a leak. A week after closing on the house, water damage started to show. Big difference with Ark, Elder and his team took pictures, explained everything, and showed exactly what the builder did wrong. He even pointed out nail damage on the shingles from how the builder installed them, and showed where cheap materials were used to seal vents. The prices were reasonable, and he fixed it right away. Glad I came across Ark Renovations. They are professional, responsive, and honest. Definitely recommend them.

Our experience with arc renovations was a great one. We had our gutters replaced on our home art renovations was very communicative through email and text and phone calls. Exceptional Roofing Service – Highly Recommend Ark Renovations On Friday, September 26 at 2:00 PM, I was urgently searching for a roofer after discovering water leaking through my master bathroom ceiling fan in my townhouse. I called about ten roofing companies that morning. One contractor stopped by but didn’t even climb onto the roof—instead, they quoted a start date a month out and a base price of $2,250. I declined and continued my search. Then I called Ark Renovations. The owner personally answered and assured me they could come the same day between 3–4 PM. True to their word, they arrived on time, climbed over 40 feet onto the roof, thoroughly inspected all the vents, and took detailed photos. The owner also went into the attic to check the interior vent connections. He immediately identified that all of the roof vents had been installed incorrectly by the builder—nails were exposed, and cheap, low-quality vents had been used. That same evening, the owner sent me a clear, reasonable quote to repair the leaking vent and properly replace all seven vents with high-grade materials. Not wanting to risk future leaks, I approved the full replacement. Impressively, Ark Renovations returned early Sunday morning at 7:00 AM and completed the job by 11:30 AM. The owner showed me before, during, and after photos of the work—they did an outstanding, professional job. After finishing my roof, they even went down the street to help another homeowner with the same issue. If you live in Quarterpath Townhomes in Williamsburg, I highly recommend having your roof inspected—the original builder’s work left multiple vents unsecured, and four of mine weren’t even nailed down. ARK Renovations did an outstanding job installing permanent holiday lighting on my home. The team was professional, on time, and paid great attention to detail. They walked me through the entire setup and made sure everything worked perfectly before they left. The lights look amazing and are easy to control, with clean installation and great quality. I have what is referred to as a "Luxury" home. The home is being sold. When the buyer's inspection turned up extensive damage to a large portion of the roof due to chimney flashing problems. I called several roofing contractors including Ark. All the contractors came out to inspect and give estimates. Ark was to my impression the most professional. Their estimate was for all practical purposes the same as the other contractors. Ark was the most specific regarding the scope of the work to be performed. It was a big job. I needed it done fast in order to be complient with the buyer's inspection. Ark came out on Sunday morning at 7am. He brought a crew of 8 men. They worked all day and the job was finished at about 5pm. 10 hours later! When they were done you could not tell they had been there. Every piece of debris was picked up. They left with a large full dump trailer filled to the top. If you can't guess by now, I would give Ark my absolute highest reccomendation. They will exceed your expectations.
