Mike is honest, knowledgeable and exceptional in his communication with the goal to please the customer 100%. He was always open to any feedback or changes desired. He holds his crew accountable and expects quality and detailed precision. Mike doesn't nickel and dime you to death and his price wasn't the lowest nor the highest. He was never pushy about money or insistent on particulars. It took longer than expected but Mike was satisfied when we were fully satisfied. I would hire MZF again for our next major project.

Mike was prompt and polite -- that is hard to find now a days. Brian did an excellent job on the project. I would certainly recommend this company for anyone needing their services. I know I they will be my first call the next construction project that comes up for me.

They showed up when they were supposed to to provide an estimate. Their estimate was the lowest I received. The workers showed up on the agreed upon day and worked until the job was done. Best of all they welcomed oversight of their work and had no problem with "You missed a spot". I was very satisfied with the whole thing.

"You are right some of the workers where not satisfactory they no longer work for me. We took longer than anyone wanted but we delivered high quality work at a reasonable price. I always kept you up to speed with what was happening although our speed was slow. Hard to find good workers. PS I have a new crew now that is great and timely!"

At the end of June, I found myself committed to tackling a major reno with a month until our new baby was to arrive. Mike his crew came to the rescue. Through July, Mike and his crew banged things out and left me with a beautiful new space perfect for my family. Mike was great at communicating with me even as I went away to work each day. He strove to make me happy and do quality work. He has a great set of teammates who were competent and creative (and who showed up when they were supposed to!) While the final project ended slightly overbudget, it was justifiable and expected. Thanks to MZF!

hard working, friendly and creative. they used our plans and custom created our BEAUTIFUL kitchen, bath w/ air tub and custom tile design.wood flooring,walk in closet and new office.

For the nightmare with have in our home, Mike and his crew did an excellent job in making my home look better. The builders were always on time andworked till dark. We were always in communication with one and other and work well with eachother. They always just looked out for our needs and interest. Mke also went all out and beyond his duty to satify us. We still have much more work to get done and Mike and his crew will be the one we will cal. Excellent customer Service!!!!!!

M.Z.F. was such a nightmare to work with. We will never hire him again or recommend to anybody. I don't want to be mean but i just don't want the other people to suffer like us. His quote might look better than the other, but it doesn't mean that he can really finish the job within the budget. He will even try to double charge you if you are not looking. Be careful. The quality of work is terrible too. I am sorry that I cannot say one good thing about this guy. We are not happy with his work at all.

"Sorry Mrs. Neighbor :( The job was done with Mr. Neighbor present, He was happy as we went along a few adjustment a long the way, I was told everything was fine. Upon receiving the final bill Mrs. Neighbor spoke up for the first time. I offered to make good on any construction problems she had but was refused. When ask what she wanted me to do she just wanted me to refund the final payment. Sorry cannot work for free! The job is and looks great."

First of all, don't build a garage in the winter!!!! Besides falling behind schedule because of the weather, I found Mike (MZF Construction) to be quite a hard worker. The quality of my garage seems very good, and it looks nice. We had a few problems (siding discontinued, bad winds, a few snow storms, and a steep entryway that made the initial door too narrow) but they were worked out, and I'm very happy with the finished project.
