The only problem I had was that Service Pro has purchased a local number for Mac & Sons Plumbing in the local phone director, so when I looked the local number up, I kept getting Service Pro. This was a problem because I had already been referred to Mac & Sons Plumbing and they couldn't receive a fee again, so the first five phone operators I got would not transfer me or tell me why. Finally on my sixth call an operator explained that even though this was a local number I was calling, it was not the direct line to Mac & Son's Plumbing. Nothing but GOOD GOOD GOOD! Mac & Son were able to get me done a week ahead of schedule, for less than the estimate, took all of 15 minutes, and upgraded my equipment for no extra charge. I will not be calling any other plumbing contractors from this moment forward. They were the best! Thanks, Mac! Great job!
