After reading reviews I called and had them come out to replace our septic tank. All the workers were professional and worked hard to complete the job. Bruce, the owner, was so kind and patient to explain everything as the job went on. I felt he was up front and honest about the job and I know if I ever have other work that needs to be done I would only use MAC PLUMBING. He truly cares about your 100% satisfaction! Even with a few "hiccups" I am so happy with their work. Give them a call! You won't regret it!

The guys that came out were very courteous, seemed to be very knowledgeable about the job and answered all questions I had. I believe I go to fair and decent price and quote and would definitely use this company again. Even the secretary was very friendly.

Service technician was very professional and explained the process to clear my main line drain. Service technician, also, explained what was causing the backup, what would be need to rectify the issue.

very professional. knew exactly what to do to test my water heater and quickly made repairs. have a home warranty, but they wanted me to use a substandard contractor with poor reviews. i decided to spend the extra money and get quality work!

Had an appointment for 8-11. Technician showed up at 8:23. Super nice. Explained what I had going on. He took a look and had the solution in no time. Since the leaking pipe was so close to the man door, he took some money off the price. Awesome work and awesome customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

It is always unnerving when you need to call a plumber; but MAC plumbing is a great company to call. I called and they were able to come out the same day and right on schedule. Dan was awesome, he is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to and he was upfront about what he saw and how to handle our situation. Thank you all and the next time I need a plumber MAC plumbing is who I am calling and I hope to have Dan again!
