We hired Mac Residential to work on a bathroom and kitchen, and we LOVE the results. The pricing was in line with other quotes we received, but the customer service and quality of work levels were far above any other home improvement company we've worked with before. They provided timely communication and convenient pieced-out quotes and invoices. They provided excellent guidance on some areas where we were unsure about decor, but weren't pushy about it. Both projects were done on time, and the employees were always punctual. They even cleaned their work area at the end of each day! I would definitely recommend Mac Residential to anyone looking for high-quality remodel work at reasonable rates, and we're planning on using their services for future home improvement projects.

We asked three contractors for estimates on a total rebuild of our master bath. One sent an estimate a few days later with little more than a price. Another told us to go to Lowe’s and pick out what we wanted (just think how dumb that is), and the other was Mac Residential. Mark looked the job over, brought in samples of most needed items, showed us numerous color pictures of his previous jobs, then printed out an estimate right then. He then fine-tuned the job and we agreed to his price. His estimate was explicit to exactly what would be done. We set a date and he and his man were there at 8:00 that day. The job took a little longer than expected, as the shower doors were not available for about a week later than expected, but it all ended up one beautiful bathroom! And he offered to take my credit card, which allowed me to move funds from our IRAs without penalty.
