Derek and the guys that came out to do the work were knowledgeable and helpful. Aside from filling their truck with my water, everything was good.

Were able to come out sameday to unclog sewer. Cleared everything out and ran camera through the pipes to show me. Once done, they cleaned up the mess, including what was there before they came. All for $99. No complaints.

We were more than pleased with Mac Rooters service! Not only are they dependable, but they did a very thorough job. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a job done well and at a fair price. We'll definitely use them in the future. Nice to know that there's still quality people out there who truly care about what they're doing.

I had barely hit the 'send' button on my laptop when the phone rang from Mac Rooter! Tom came well before his scheduled time the next day and worked diligently to fix our messy problem. This was the only company that contacted me. They came out right away and have been extremely helpful and we plan to use them.

They responded quickly to my inquiry, and after I explained the issue was quoted a price range within reason and within our expectations. Only a minor scheduling mix up occurred, and they were still able to get us in the same day. The plumber was there within the time frame we set, identified the issue quickly and resolved it. He even resolved a related issue at no additional charge beyond his on-site quote. USE THESE GUYS, period.

I wish I had found Jack sooner! He was at my house within a few hours of my initial call, was professional and very personable. He was fair, honest and knowledgeable. My problem was assessed and completed very quickly. I would 100% recommend Mac Rooter and will definitely call them the next time I have any plumbing issue!
