Painter, who stated he was the owner of the business (Sean Stringer), came to my home after I contacted him regarding the very poor quality of the paint job his company did in my home. On inspection of the work to be performed, before the work being done, I was notified that the painter would remove pictures, etc from the wall before they painted. The painters removed the pictures and left the command strips on the wall and painted over the strips, leaving the wall with old color paint patches. The owner came out to assess what had been done. He stated, Everyone else we painted for always wants nails and the strips left up I constantly reiterated to him that the job was poor and the old paint could be seen. He agreed that the old paint was present. The Owner became very loud and angry. he began talking over me and telling me the job was done. I had to ask him to leave my home due to hostility. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!

It would have been nice if they introduced themselves when they arrived and pointed out who was in charge. Otherwise they all were polite and very respectful of my plants around my house.

No complaints about the painting or the price. They finished ahead of Seanâ s estimated time. Customer service great. They were a little messy and left paint on refrigerator and on floor.

Yes, my rooms did look better but for hiring professionals, a very poor job. Have been to my house 2x since finishing job, and I am still not pleased with quality of work. Sean should take the time to check up on his workers. I will not call to complain again. I am done with them and will fix this myself. No recommendation from us.

Good price for fast, good quality work. One of the rooms was two story high and it looks great. They managed a difficult, irregular fireplace. If the men take short cuts, talk to Sean - who is great to deal with and really knows the business - and things get back on track. I will hire them again.
