the initial call and plan where fine, it was when the technician came that it fell apart. He was anxious and wanted to get out of there assp, he did fix my dryer by moving the plug around but when it came to the fridge he said that they don?t make the part to fix it and left. I already found the part online to fix it so I?m very disappointed that he just brushed us off like we did not matter. I will not be using them again.

Matt called and quoted me $89 consultation fee which is waived from repair costs if hired.
Someone calls back quickly, maybe 2-3 hours after getting quote. Joey shows up, cool guy. Fixed it and in and out within 25 minutes. Charges were WAAAAY more than quoted. Even after telling him the part for the heating element unit on my dryer is less than $40 online. Sure, I expected to pay for labor. Now I?m just feeling a kind of taken advantage of. One of those things that really make you want to just diy the project to avoid companies overpricing simple work.

Matt and Joey did great work installing our dishwasher. They had a great price , were professional, fast, and helped mount the dishwasher in the cabinet even though the new one did not provide hardware. Can’t recommend them enough! Will be working with them in the future if I have any other appliances that need repair.

Matt and Joey at general appliance repair are awesome, when our refrigerator went out , we called they came order the part and came back on Saturday and we are up and running again all for a reasonable price. Great service!
