Kevin is an amazing, creative and professional contractor. His communication and follow through skills are amazing. He designed and installed cabinets in my garage, installed Paella windows in my townhome, researched and installed skylights and renovated my pantry and laundry room, painted my entire home, etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to renovate their home..either small or large projects!

Kevin and his crew were professional to work with and completed the project in a reasonable amount of time.
Kevin’s team did a great job helping us redesign two bathrooms in our place. Kevin’s team made and installed custom cabinets that are amazing in both bathroom.

I can recommend Machines for Living for almost anything that you need done at your home. Our first project was installation of all new windows (Pella) in our home approximately 14 years ago. Since that time, Machines has done many projects at our home- cabinets, painting, hardwood flooring, plumbing work, and garage renovation(shelving, floor coating), MFL has also done extensive, and large scale projects for our HOA.

Kitchen - Remodel
We’ve worked with Kevin and MFL on multiple projects at our house over numerous years. This kitchen was part of a much larger renovation project, which also included four bathrooms, new stairwells and a renovated guest suite. We worked very closely with his team over a number of months to comb through all the details in advance, which enabled them to move very quickly once all the materials were on hand and ready to go. They kept us updated throughout, consulted with us on critical decisions to make sure we were aligned, and then executed efficiently. Very glad to have him as a partner on all of our projects.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Installation
Kevin is very professional, understood what we want, and executed well. Two bathrooms needed to be remodeled and made handicapped accessible. Although the projects took a couple of weeks, every evening things were left very clean. All was finished on time and on budget. As with all construction, there were some surprises during the process as we took down drywall. He asked if we would like to make changes and indicated what additional cost would be involved.
All in all, a very positive experience and I would recommend him highly.

Much more than just a kitchen designer! MFL remodeled the entire home. MFL Inc. remodeled the entire apartment: the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and remodeled to capture the lanai and put it under AC. Great use of the space!
