Nice guy, but all he did was replace a part that was not the issue. I ended up paying someone else who came in and told me exactly what was wrong.

Mr. Henry was very professional and did a great job repairing my refrigerator. He was very detail in explaining what was wrong and how he would fix it. When he was done, my refrigerator was repaired and working properly. Thank you Mr. Henry, I will definitely refer and use him again.

It took 2 trips and 4 hrs to add coolant and repair a coolant leak. He watched his nephew s wedding on his phone instead of working. He did not know how to use his equipment. He obviously did not know what he was doing but represented himself as a freezer repairman. And he caused an electrical arc. I finally had to stop him. And it is not fixed! I have never seen such incompetence. Do not go near him to repair your freezer. I thought Home Advisor checked these people out!! Shame on you for referring this man.

Working wit Henry Mack was fine.

Henry was prompt and courteous. He called us to let us know he was on the way and arrived when promised. He did an expert job and charged us a price that was more than fair. He fit us into his schedule even though we were his last stop and he had an hour to drive home.Total pro that I will recommend.

Our freezer was unable to hold the temperature in the freezing range. Our food was thawing out. We were desperate to save our food. I called Mack. It was a Saturday. He answered and said he could come the same day! He was courteous and went right to work. He and I had a Wonderful conversation about our lives and I really respected his lifelong educational pursuits and work ethic. He fixed our freezer and it is working perfectly. His charge was very fair and reasonable. If you have any problem with any of your appliances, CALL MACK! I PLAN TO!
