Dale Macklin, the business owner, did the install himself. He was punctual, even called to remind us of the appointment, and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He was sick when he first came out to measure, and as a result got one of the measurements wrong, but he took care of it all on his "dime."

From my first call to the finished product, it was a positive experience. I worked with Dale. He did as promised. Was prompt, friendly. In other words, if all companies followed his lead, there would be many more satisfied customers. Couldn't be happier with the results.

I had my shower replaced with a frameless glass shower. Dale was very knowledgeable about the glass, the different options, and the work to be done. He was upfront, honest, and personal. I had another company give me a quote, and they sent out an estimator who was there for five minutes, took measurements and left. He didn't give me any options or talk about what they were actually planning to do. Dale on the other hand, came by and discussed everything in detail with me, about how much it would be to get the full package, and where I could save some money if he set up the glass differently. He has competitive prices. He's not the cheapest out there, but he's also not the most expensive. He's perfectly in middle and I felt like I definitely got what I paid for.
