Company was highly recommended by a couple people in my neighborhood newsletter. However, the reality is that they turned out to completely unreliable. Confirmed a 1pm appointment on Friday with Josh. I took off work and was home by noon... I reached out around 1:30pm after I hadn’t heard anything. They finally called back a little before 4:30pm... and didn’t have the courtesy to leave a message / explanation!!! I’ll certainly let my neighborhood newsletter know about the unprofessionalism...

I am soo very happy with the job done by Macks General Service, specifically by Kenny. My kitchen does not look anything like it before! I used Mack again because they had done my vinyl for some time ago and it was so neat and beautiful. So, I decided to hire them again for my kitchen. It was the best decision that I made! I would use them at any time again!
