Estimate given on 6/7/24 for $525. $500 if paid in cash. Work began 6/12/24 by Justin. Contractor hooked up to my water and applied some kind of chemical in a gallon jug. When it dried hours later it left a white dotted residue.(best way to describe it) Some areas of the composite deck also remained darker. I called the company for a service call to check it. A different contractor, Al, treated it on.7/12/24 with a water hookup to “their” truck and a different hose wand. Al told me Justin did not have the proper hose wand to do the job and shouldn’t have had to use my water. Justin missed the concrete steps which were part of the contract. During that subsequent treatment by Al, and a girl who assisted with the hoses at the truck, it was raining so results could not be observed until the next day. White specked residue still remained. Called the company to report it with voice mail messages, text messages and pictures sent to Justin with no resolve. After several more attempts I reached Landon who said he would relay message to Justin, who originally did the work. No response! The next week I finally reached Landon again who set up an appointment to come out himself on 8/2/24 @ 11:00. He did not show, he did not call to cancel or reschedule. Enough is enough! Neighbors also questioned the work as I would have gladly referred this company on Angi’s list IF I had been satisfied with their work and customer service. Today, 8/5/24. I made the call to Angi for a possible and requested resolution to a project which began on JUNE 12, 2024. I am a senior and a widow. Using an approved contractor from ANGI should have been stress free. I would not recommend Macomb Power Washing Solutions, LLC.
