He was so very courteous and patient throughout this whole process. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it, and why he was doing it. He was very patient with my endless questions and took the time to make sure I understood the explanation. He explained how things worked or were supposed to work and what he would do to fix an issue. He also let me know if it was an issue that needed immediate attention or if it could wait a while. That was very helpful. The inspector was very thorough in the inspection process and took pictures to accurately document the inspection. I was very pleased with the professionalism, accuracy and courtesy of the inspector.
