Friendly hard worker

He was very knowledgeable and explained to me why it would be best to replace my 15 year old water than to repair it. But I was not pressured either way. I decided to replace, and it was a great investment.

It was a simple toilet repair but he was friendly and professional. He didn't make it feel like it was a bother because it wasn't a 'big job'
