"Yes, Macson Electric was hired to install wiring for an above-ground swimming pool. Ms. Hand was aware that there was going to be trenching and due to trenching equipment being used, that there was a possibility for the sprinkler lines to be cut, and that it was going to be her responsibility to have them repaired. This is standard procedure, as she was unable to have the lines located prior to the digging. We always try to adhere to the customer's requests, whether it be to protect the flowers or the sprinkler system, and in this case, we performed the job exactly as anticipated with no mistakes or negligence."

If it is negative, we attempt to learn from it, to create an even more positive experience for the customer. In this case, the customer WAS properly told the pricing for the type of work that was requested, and must have misunderstood, and/or heard what he wished to hear. He was informed of the rate and agreed to it. We completed the work to his satisfaction, with nothing left undiagnosed or not completed. If there was something else that he wanted done, we were not told about it. After the job was completed, my office did contact him and discussed the payment which there was some confusion about. We realized that it was our mistake and apologized for the misunderstanding. We at Macson Electric try to be professional, proficient, and competent in all situations. We are called upon regularly to diagnose and fix complicated problems that others are unable to complete. We offer competitive prices and courteous service.
