"Christine, sorry that your experiences was less than what you expected. However, your husband did walk through the house with our crew member and stated that everything looked great. You yourself gave her a $40 tip. You waited two days before you even called about the first issue. Which was explained over the phone that due to you having new carpet put down it was miscommunication between you and I that the carpet needed to be gone over again. Initially our only job was to clean a laundry room 1/2 bath and a kitchen. You later changed that to not doing the bathroom but yet doing the floors sweeping and mopping.
