Dan Macy called and found that I only needed parts. Sent him a picture of what was needed, he found the part and had it shipped to me. Ask if I needed assistance to install the part. Followed up in a couple of days to make sure I received the part. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend Macys Well Service and if I have problems, I will call

Dan and his team came out after we had discovered that we no longer had water due to a well pump failure. They fished out the old one and put in a new one. There was a lot of work involved as the new pump had an internal fault and would not pump. So the process had to be repeated, they installed another new pump and got new controls and pump protection installed and bam! We had water! The crew worked into the night for several days and were dedicated to fixing the issues we had. They stood by the original quote and made sure to check in with us days later to make sure all was well (pardon the pun). Overall, great work, they overcame unforeseen challenges and take pride in their work. As a tradesman myself, I can say they knocked it out of the park!

Drilled my well on a new home build they came out a month early and drilled just to make sure the well was ready when the home was completed. After the electricity was installed the electrician had questions about the wiring so I called them and Dan (owner) instead of trying to tell the electrician over the phone was at my house within 20 mins to make sure everything was right. After powering up the capacitor was humming (normal) but Dan was not satisfied and installed another new panel. 100% satisfied. They go above and beyond, it is nice to see a company that cares about their customers.

I hired Macy's for a new irrigation well drill and install. In my case, everything came out fine and I have green grass in AZ all summer. Wells are not cheap, and there are no bargains to be had on such a thing. Trouble free and serviceable are what you want and get with Macy's.
